  • Manage the full cycle recruiting process for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing through to offer negotiation.
  • Support multiple concurrent hiring needs while delivering a consistent candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers through intake meetings, structured interview support, and regular hiring updates, providing data-backed guidance that shapes hiring decisions and improves overall talent strategy.
  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and facilitate interviews including scheduling, preparing stakeholders, and driving timely feedback and decisions.
  • Advise hiring teams on effective interviewing techniques and hiring best practices.
  • Track activity, candidate progress, and hiring data accurately in the ATS (iSolved).
  • Relentlessly pursue top talent by going beyond traditional sourcing methods – partner with marketing to design and execute creative, multi-channel sourcing strategies, leveraging research, referrals, outbound campaigns, events, and social platforms.
  • Build and maintain active and passive talent pipelines through ongoing relationships with trade schools, technical programs, colleges, and relevant industry associations.
  • Travel to career fairs, universities, career events, and industry functions to promote Envelop Group's culture, mission, and career opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws during all recruitment activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
  • 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience, preferably in a technical, skilled trades, or construction-related industry.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting practices and compliance requirements.
  • Experience building relationships with external partners such as universities, trade schools, and workforce organizations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.
  • Experience with passive candidate recruiting and utilizing creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent.
  • Utilize proficiency ATS platforms (iSolved) and recruiting tools, including LinkedIn Talent solutions.
  • Maintain strong interviewing and candidate evaluation skills with the ability to assess qualifications and overall fit.
  • Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Must be able to maintain a professional appearance.
  • May be required to travel to career fairs, schools, and Envelop company locations.
  • Must be able to carry and move recruiting materials weighing up to 25 pounds unassisted.

 

Qualified applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for employer-based sponsorship currently or in the future.

Pre-hire requirements include a drug test and a background check.
