We are seeking a motivated Service Support Technician to join our dynamic team in Europe. This role involves full ownership of new integration projects, acting as the first point of contact for technical support and problem-solving across Europe. You will work closely with the EU Support team, customers, and R&D to ensure smooth software integrations, testing, and rollout of new software versions for our systems.

Full ownership to allocated new integration projects with Envipco customers across EU in collaboration with the EU Support team & R&D

Act as the first point of contact for Envipco’s customers for any technical questions/issues regarding software integration and testing

Testing of new software versions (both proprietary machine software and OS)

Coordinate & support rollout of new software releases to the field

Translate customer requests to R&D sprints as appropriate

Perform analysis and problem solving via telephone and / or remote support in collaboration with the EU Support team

Support the setup of pilot tests/initiatives across EU
- →
Gather feedback direct from customers for future improvements/enhancements to our devices

Stay up to date with new product developments to ensure we always deliver the highest level of service possible
Technical qualification / background from automation or software systems
Some years experience in a software related technical support role
Background in customer service/support, ideally with both onsite & remote experience
Flexible and willing to travel and work on European projects
Some programming experience with capabilities to write test scripts
Experienced in using scripting languages (e.g. Bash shell, Python etc.)
Previous work with Linux systems and command line experience is a must
Clear in communication, focused and patient
Fluent in English, any other European language is a plus
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to other company locations
