Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Cleaning grounds on a continual, daily
- →Responsible for the exterior curb appeal
- →To report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Community
- →Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical
- →Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve
- →To work with Manager and leasing personnel to determine high visibility areas with special
- →To assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the grounds of the property.
- →To recommend and implement improvements to the physical exterior which benefit marketing and leasing
- →To assist residents with special
- →To demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community
- →Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma / GED
- 2+ years of grounds experience preferred
- Multifamily experience preferred
