You communicate proactively, follow up without being asked, and take pride in keeping transactions moving forward. You are a self-starter who does not need someone looking over your shoulder to stay on task, and you bring energy and professionalism to every interaction whether it is with a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned real estate agent.
