This role oversees system administration, data integrity, reporting, and process automation while partnering closely with HR, Finance, IT, and business leaders. Ideal candidates bring strong HR process knowledge, deep HRIS expertise, and a continuous improvement mindset.

  Lead the HR technology roadmap and system governance.

  Oversee administration of UKG and related platforms (Deel, Lattice, Greenhouse).

  Manage configuration, security roles, workflows, integrations, and upgrades.

  Ensure data accuracy and deliver dashboards, analytics, and reporting.

  Support workforce planning, compensation cycles, and people analytics.

  Mentor HRIS team members and lead change management efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or related field
