Are you a visionary builder who thrives on turning big ideas into reality? EōS Fitness is looking for a dynamic Procurement Director to step into a newly created, high-impact leadership position. This is a unique, ground-floor opportunity to architect, scale, and lead a centralized procurement function — building a best-in-class team, maximizing process efficiencies, and implementing a modern technology stack from the ground up.

Collaborating directly with business units and EōS leadership, you will align sourcing initiatives with our aggressive growth goals to drive cost savings, mitigate risk, and maximize value across our portfolio of 250+ gyms. If you have deep procurement expertise, strong leadership credentials, and a passion for transforming a department into a highly sought-after strategic partner, we want you on our team.
