EōS Fitness is in search of a new Membership Services Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping the Fitness and Sales teams with on-going changes. This position has a heavy administrative focus -- handling of emails that come from our Fitness and Sales teams who need help with escalated approvals, auditing contracts, personal training session approvals, escalated membership/contract issues, running reports, and other tasks as needed. This personal will report to our Membership Agreement Manager and will be based out of Phoenix, Arizona.

Responsibilities

  • Managing escalated approvals from Fitness and Sales teams.
  • Auditing contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Resolving escalated membership and contract issues efficiently.
  • Generating reports to provide insights and track progress.
  • Ensuring smooth communication and collaboration between teams.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to membership agreements.
  • Providing excellent customer service to internal teams and external clients.
  • Adhering to company policies and procedures while carrying out tasks effectively.

Requirements

  • Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years Customer Service.
  • Minimum of 2 years admin support.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, for interacting with employees, management, and vendors.
  • Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels and in all functions.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel
  • Strong detail orientation; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; and good time management, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
  • Must live in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in club office; move about club floors and rooms; review, revise, create club paperwork; communicate with employees, members, and the public
  • Ability to access and operate the Company computer system including preparing documents, entering data into computer system, read reports from a computer data base or email system
  • Ability to bend routinely and repetitively to lift more than 20 lbs.
Hourly Pay Range
$18$22 USD
