  • Partner with the CFO and executive team on financial strategy, planning, and budgeting
  • Oversee development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and scenario analyses
  • Lead preparation of board materials, management reporting, and performance dashboards
  • Establish KPIs and financial metrics to improve visibility into company performance
  • Assist the CFO with investor reporting, financing, and strategic transactions
  • Own the integrity and accuracy of financial reporting and GAAP financial statements
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
  • Lead core accounting functions including AP, AR, billing, and payroll coordination
  • Manage relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and external partners
  • Oversee audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls and accounting policies
  • Strengthen and scale financial infrastructure to support company growth
  • Improve efficiency and reliability of close and reporting processes
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline finance workflows
  • Lead optimization of ERP, planning tools, and reporting systems
  • Ensure data integrity and scalable financial reporting frameworks
  • Monitor liquidity, cash flow forecasting, and working capital
  • Manage banking relationships and treasury operations
  • Develop cash management strategies that support operational flexibility
  • Lead and mentor the finance and accounting team
  • Build scalable processes and a strong operational finance foundation
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Operate as a hands-on player-coach when needed
  • Ensure reliable and accurate financial reporting
  • Improve the efficiency and predictability of the monthly close
  • Strengthen financial reporting for executive leadership and the board
  • Enhance financial models and forecasting processes
  • Identify improvements in finance systems, data, and reporting
  • Develop the finance and accounting team while building scalable processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required
  • 12+ years of progressive experience across finance and accounting
  • Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting expertise
  • Leadership experience building and managing both FP&A and accounting operations
  • Experience in fintech, SaaS, technology, or high-growth environments strongly preferred
  • Experience with platforms such as NetSuite, Adaptive, or similar
  • Strong communication skills for executive and board audiences
  • Hands-on leadership style with strong problem-solving ability
