You’llbe responsible for completing the government insuring process for FHA, VA, and USDA loans post-closing and ensuring loans are insured in a timely and accurate manner. Submit and track mortgage insurance applications for FHA, VA, and USDA loans.

Process Upfront Mortgage Insurance Premium (UFMIP) and VA Funding Fee (VAFF) payments, ensuring proper submission to HUD and VA.

Reconcile and resolve case number warnings, errors, and corrections in FHA Connection or VA WebLGY.

Validate final closing documents for compliance with government insuring requirements.

Research and resolve rejected case binders or insurance certificates.

Monitor pipeline, follow up on missing documentation, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.

Maintain accurate records and support audits, HUD/LRS reviews, and agency reporting.

Stay current with FHA, VA, and USDA guideline updates.

Additional responsibilities as assigned due to business needs.

High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in mortgage post-closing, insuring, or government loan processing.

Familiarity with FHA Connection, VA WebLGY, and USDA guarantee systems.
