EQT is seeking a detail-oriented commercial professional to manage natural gas customer accounts and support the operational and regulatory processes that underpin EQT's midstream business. This role sits at the intersection of customer service, regulatory compliance, and cross-functional commercial execution, requiring strong command of midstream contracting principles and a collaborative working style.

 

The Transmission and Storage Customer Representative responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Manage customer accounts in alignment with contractual terms, commercial agreements, and company policies.
  • Collaborate extensively with Rates & Regulatory to assist with regulatory filings, rate reviews and evaluations, and other critical regulatory processes.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, internal controls, and contractual obligations.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding natural gas services, rates, transmission and storage related charges, and account matters.
  • Interpret and apply midstream agreements and capacity arrangements to ensure accurate billing and account administration.
  • Collaborate closely with Accounting, Risk, Asset Performance, Credit, Finance, and Contracts to ensure coordinated execution of commercial activity.
  • Support acquisitions and divestitures by facilitating accurate account transitions and maintaining continuity of service.
  • Contribute to the tracking and communication of Qrew Metrics and other performance indicators through accurate documentation and data integrity.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance service delivery, and strengthen cross functional workflow.

 

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field required.
  • 3+ years of related experience required.
  • Experience with or exposure to AI-powered tools and technologies, with a demonstrated interest in learning and leveraging new AI solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

 

This position will work remotely, and within our Canonsburg, PA office on a weekly basis. 


Selected incumbent will be placed into the position that best suits their abilities and experience level.
