Senior Consultants in Software Engineering & Delivery

We are looking for Senior Consultants with Software Engineering, Product, and Delivery Management backgrounds to join our network to work on our UK public sector programmes, particularly at the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (DEFRA). We want Consultants with a proven track record of working as part of a cross-functional team, including Engagement Managers, Delivery Leads, Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Engineers, as well as members of the client organisation.

The roles involve working in teams that use modern Agile technical practices — including continuous integration and deployment, rapid experimentation, and fast feedback loops — to deliver timely and pragmatic solutions, as well as helping others do their jobs more effectively.

We are looking for people who can demonstrate:

• Expertise in their field through examples, stories and lessons learnt 
• Curiosity in our client’s challenges and the work we are doing with them.
• Leadership in helping teams and stakeholders succeed.
• Build and manage strong, empathetic relationships at all levels of the client's organisation.
• Familiarity with modern AI capabilities, opportunities and limitations
