We're looking for a Terminal Operator I to join our Roanoke VA team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, solving everyday challenges, and being part of a tight-knit, supportive crew.

This role reports to the Terminal Manager and offers the chance to learn multiple aspects of terminal operations. 

In this role, you'll be a key part of our terminal operations, helping ensure products are handled safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards. Your day-to-day may include:

• →Always working safely and following established procedures.
• →Receiving and connecting railcars, steam lines, and unloading hoses.
• →Monitoring and recording tank temperatures and measurements.
• →Operating systems such as Order Weigh.
• →Performing routine yard and equipment maintenance.
• →Pulling product samples as needed.
• →Keeping the work area clean, organized, and safe.
• →Collaborating with team members, customers, and vendors.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Good organization and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain a TWIC card (if required).
• Comfortably working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physically able to lift up to 75 pounds and perform active, hands-on-work.
