Integration Engineer

## Join our Team About this opportunity We are looking for an experienced Integration Engineer responsible for developing, implementing, and integrating technical solutions for customers. In this role, you will focus on delivering and integrating BSS solutions, particularly Charging Systems. You will be part of Solution Area BOS (Business Support Systems) within Market Area Europe, Middle East & Africa, supporting Monetization and Charging System solutions. The role requires a minimum of 3 years of telecom experience with strong BSS knowledge, preferably within Ericsson Charging environments. What you will do * Stay updated on new technologies and share knowledge to support customer competence development * Deploy, configure, integrate, and test Business Support System solutions and products * Troubleshoot issues, perform analysis, and provide effective solutions * Support Solution Architects and Project Managers throughout the sales and delivery lifecycle * Implement Ericsson BSS portfolio solutions and qualified third-party partner solutions/services * Participate in knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing activities You will bring * B.Sc. degree in Engineering, Telecom, Computer Science, IT, or related fields * Minimum 3 years of experience in telecom or IT systems implementation * Strong understanding of telecom concepts, processes, and BSS solutions * Experience with Charging Systems and telecom protocols such as SS7, CAMEL, and Diameter * Proven experience in BSS solution implementation and integration * Knowledge of cloud and virtualization technologies is an advantage * Strong customer-facing, consultative, and self-driven mindset * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluent written and spoken English * Previous experience in technical roles such as Charging Integration, Support, or Operations Engineer Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
