Payroll Delivery Specialist France

## Join our Team About this opportunity We are looking for a Payroll Delivery Specialist (with French), who will manage payroll processes for our offices in France. By occupying this role, you will ensure French payroll services and relevant HR services are delivered for Ericsson France employees in compliance with local legislation and Ericsson instructions. What you will do Calculate various payroll computations including overtime, hourly, vacation balances, prorated pay, retro pay, shift differentials, pension, insurances, flexible benefits plan etc. Complete year-end tax and accounting processes and amendments Execute Payroll and Payroll policies and processes Deliver Payroll and Human Resources services Provide functional expertise Provide project support as well as HR/Payroll delivery and data, such as: • Input collation • Input validation • SOX compliance • Payroll processing • Post payroll reporting • Post payroll submissions • Process automations • Managing/supporting global projects • Payroll transition • Employer taxation The skills you bring Bachelor’s degree, preferably within Business Studies/Accounting/Human Resources or relevant experience within required area Must have experience in Payroll processing Several years of experience Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) Good knowledge of Labor Relations, Laws, and Legislation Solid understanding of Payroll, HR Processes and Disciplines Secure ability to use Microsoft Applications (Excel (intermediate/advanced), Word, Outlook, MS Teams etc) Presentation and communication skills Proactive, service-oriented mind-set Analytical skills and financial acuity Quality, detail, and accuracy focused Sound analytical skills Delivering results and meeting customer expectations Excellent planning and organizational skills Self-motivated - ability to work with minimum supervision Team player – able to engage at all levels Adaptable with a “can-do” attitude Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
