## Join our Team About this opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior RF Optimization Engineer with a minimum of 10 plus years of domain experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in LTE and NR technologies. This role requires a deep understanding of RF optimization concepts, well verse in Load management strategy and perform Load balancing, Throughput improvement activities across RAN Network executing feature trials, audit and optimization. Besides, should have strong transformation mindset, excellent level of numeracy, analytics and data interpretation skills and customer handling. What you will do: \- Lead end-to-end GSM network optimization on Ericsson platforms ensuring KPI compliance (CSSR, DCR, HOSR, congestion) \- Drive cluster/circle-level performance improvement via parameter tuning and interference management \- Perform root cause analysis using counters, drive test data, and OSS tools \- Lead GSM modernization/swap projects ensuring stability post-integration \- Collaborate with planning, rollout, and field teams \- Act as escalation point for critical issues \- Prepare KPI dashboards and executive reports \- Drive optimization strategy and continuous improvement The skills you bring: \- 15–20+ years in telecom with strong GSM optimization background \- Hands-on experience in Ericsson BSC, OSS (ENM/OSS-RC) \- Experience in large-scale clusters and customer-facing roles \- Exposure to multi-technology environments (2G/3G/4G/5G) \- Strong service delivery and SLA management experience \- GSM KPI optimization (CSSR, DCR, HOSR, congestion) \- Ericsson systems (BSC, OSS, MOSHELL, MML) \- Frequency planning and interference management \- Drive test tools (TEMS, Nemo, Actix) \- Capacity and coverage optimization \- Strong analytics and problem-solving skills \- Leadership and stakeholder management \- Automation (Excel, Python preferred) Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
