General Manager

As a general manager at Earthwork Services in Bismarck, ND, you'll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations and executing business strategies across departments. • Construction Management or Business Management degree
• Four years of construction experience, including experience in a leadership or supervisory position
• Experience in operations management, leadership, supervisory or construction.
• Detailed knowledge of construction procedures and OSHA guidelines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Must maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season
• Valid driver's license
