Are you a strategic, performance-minded marketer who enjoys working across creative, channels, and data? In this role, you will lead cross-channel campaign activations, performance optimization efforts, and creative execution that support marketing objectives across the organization. You'll partner closely with channel strategists, creative teams, digital experience, and marketing analytics to bring buyer-aligned campaigns to market through high-quality, integrated activations.
Drawing on your experience, you'll identify opportunities for improvement by monitoring performance signals, uncovering optimization opportunities, and advancing activation best practices. Your insights will inform in-market optimizations, activation strategy, and continuous improvement efforts, helping ensure campaigns deliver strong results across channels at Esri.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Lead development of buyer-aligned paid and owned channel activation strategies in support of awareness, engagement, and demand goals. Ensure media and creative tactics align to target personas, customer journeys, and campaign objectives.
- →Translate campaign and business objectives into integrated activation plans and execution requirements. Guide activation strategy across channels, audiences, and creative experiences to maximize campaign effectiveness and business impact.
- →Drive activation performance and optimization efforts. Analyze campaign, channel, and engagement data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that improve marketing effectiveness, efficiency and strategy.
- →Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships with channel strategists, creative teams, digital experience, analytics, and business stakeholders. Influence alignment across teams, provide activation expertise, and communicate activation insights that support marketing strategy and decision-making.
- →Establish and evolve activation best practices, processes, and governance frameworks that improve consistency, scalability, speed to market, and overall campaign performance.
- →Lead campaign assessments and knowledge-sharing efforts. Document learnings, performance insights, and recommendations to inform future marketing programs and shape activation best practices across the organization.
Requirements
~2 min read- 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, campaign activation, or performance‑driven marketing roles
- Demonstrated experience developing and leading integrated, cross-channel marketing activation strategies
- Proven ability to analyze marketing performance data and translate findings into strategic recommendations
- Demonstrated experience in paid media, email marketing, digital marketing channels, audience segmentation, and buyer journey activation strategies
- Experience influencing cross-functional stakeholders and driving alignment across complex initiatives
- Demonstrated success managing multiple high-priority programs simultaneously
- Experience developing marketing best practices, operational frameworks, or scalable activation processes
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
- Occasional travel may be required (up to ~20%); travel needs may vary based on business requirements.

- Master's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B technology marketing organizations
- Experience developing measurement frameworks, attribution insights, and performance reporting strategies
- Experience leading marketing process improvements and operational initiatives
- Advanced experience with marketing technology platforms such as Marketo, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
