CRNA - Job Share - Rehoboth McKinley Christian Healthcare Services | $300,000 for 26 Weeks of Service and No OB Coverage!

• $300,000 annually (1099) 
• 26 weeks of service annually in a job share model (typical rotation: one month on / one month off)
• 4-member CRNA-only team; 2 on site daily with shared call
• Off-site call with a 30-minute response time
• Case mix: General Surgery, Endoscopy, Orthopedics, plus limited GYN, Urology, and Podiatry
• No OB services currently at RMCHCS
• Approximately 100 cases per month

• Prior leadership experience or strong interest in a chief role preferred
• Comfortable practicing independently in a rural setting
• Board certified/eligible CRNA
• Providers who value schedule flexibility and teamwork encouraged to apply
