Our marketing team doesn't just support the business; it shapes how the world sees us and how our customers understand what's possible.
We're looking for a Director, Product Marketing to help us tell that story better and to build the systems, content, and team that make it stick. This role reports to the VP of Marketing.
This is a senior, visible role with real influence. You'll sit at the intersection of product, sales, and marketing, translating what we build into messages that move buyers, enable sellers, and build the ESW brand in the market. You don't need to have worked in ecommerce or cross-border commerce before but you need to be curious about it and willing to get fluent fast.
- Positioning and messaging for ESW’s products, ensuring clarity, credibility, and relevance for our target buyers
- Drive alignment across the commercial organisation, working closely with Product, Sales, Client Success, and Marketing to ensure messaging is consistently adopted and used
- Lead go-to-market strategy for new products and major updates, ensuring launches are coordinated, impactful, and effective from day one
- Act as a strategic partner to Product, bringing market insight, buyer intelligence, and competitive context to help shape product priorities
- Build and maintain deep market and competitive intelligence to inform positioning, sales narratives, and differentiation
- Define and evolve ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas across regions, verticals, and buying roles, ensuring usability across the organisation
- Develop sales enablement assets that get used, including pitch decks, battle cards, and case studies, created in close collaboration with Sales
- Lead product launches and campaigns end-to-end in partnership with demand generation, content, and digital teams to drive pipeline impact
- Define success metrics for Product Marketing and work with Marketing Operations to track performance, generate insight, and drive continuous improvement
- Deep product marketing experience with a proven track record of owning positioning, sales enablement, and product launches at a senior level
- Experience in ecommerce or cross-border commerce, or strong curiosity is a nice-to-have
- Strong ability to simplify complexity, translating market dynamics and product capabilities into compelling, buyer-centric messaging
- Demonstrated strength in both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
- A collaborative, trust-building working style with Product, Sales, and senior leadership
- Analytical rigor - you make decisions with data and know how to find the signal in the noise
