About the Role
Reporting to the Property Manager, the DPA Administration Assistant will provide administrative and operational support across a commercial property portfolio. This role offers variety, autonomy, and the opportunity to work closely with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders to help ensure properties are maintained to a high standard.
No two days are the same, from coordinating maintenance and managing service schedules to supporting tenant communications and property administration, you’ll be an important part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Please note: This is a full-time, office-based position located in Brisbane. Due to the hands-on and collaborative nature of the role, attendance in the office is required 5 days per week. This position is not suitable for remote or work-from-home arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Property Management Support
- Assist with the day-to-day management of a commercial property portfolio
- Conduct regular property inspections and identify maintenance requirements
- Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs, and contractor engagement
- Liaise professionally with tenants, tradespeople, and stakeholders
- Maintain property records, swipe cards, keys, and building management systems
- Support timely tenant communications and follow-up actions
Administration & Coordination
- General administration including filing, scanning, and maintaining registers
- Coordinate monthly services and contractor schedules
- Update and monitor service requests and maintenance tracking
- Assist with bulk communications and tenant updates
- Complete monthly and quarterly meter readings
- Provide administrative support across the wider team as required

- Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to everything you do
Skills & Experience
- Previous administration experience essential
- Exposure to property management (commercial or residential) highly regarded
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines/KPIs
- Current driver’s licence required
