Responsibilities
~1 min read- →At least 7 years of in-house technical recruiting, with a proven track record recruiting for technical roles, infrastructure, platform engineering, and product management.
- →Exceptional interpersonal skills, with high emotional intelligence (EQ) and empathy, ensuring positive engagements with both candidates and internal teams.
- →Demonstrated experience partnering with engineers, product leaders, and executives in a startup environment, understanding the unique needs of a high-growth AI-focused organization.
- →Proficiency in tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics, with the ability to provide actionable insights and weekly updates on key performance indicators.
- A genuine passion for relationship-building, with a people-first approach to recruiting.
- A strong technical foundation and ability to discuss technical roles and requirements effectively.
- A proactive, adaptable approach to solving recruitment challenges in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High empathy and EQ, enabling you to connect meaningfully with both candidates and team members.
- A data-driven mindset, utilizing metrics to inform and enhance recruitment strategies.
Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, interview performance, and the scope and level of the role and candidate.
