What We Offer

✓Participate in and adhere to health and safety programs and policies

✓Assist in the coordination of maintenance projects in a processing plant, water treatment facility or in mobile maintenance with heavy duty mining equipment

✓Organize, schedule and monitor the status of maintenance projects

✓Monitor project budgets and identify inefficiencies and offer cost effective solutions

✓Support operations and work with skilled trades to troubleshoot equipment failure and develop repair scopes of work

✓Collaborate with engineering team to produce detailed designs for mechanical projects on site such as upgrades to equipment or building facilities

✓Support reliability maintenance initiatives including failure and root cause analysis

✓Create and evaluate innovative ideas and technologies to help improve the way we do business

✓Working towards an Undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering

✓A valid Class 5 Driver's License or extra-provincial equivalent, without learner's restrictions

✓Comfortable working in a dynamic industrial work environment with a range of engineering, technical and operational personnel

✓Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage numerous projects simultaneously

✓Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with a capability to communicate complex ideas to all levels

✓Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and a solid understanding of AutoCAD and Solidworks would be advantageous
