Quality Control Technician-2nd Shift-15% Shift Pay-Sign-on Bonus

We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Control Technician who is passionate about inspection, accuracy, and maintaining the highest quality standards in a regulated manufacturing environment.

• →Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to ensure compliance with print specifications and quality requirements
• →Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
• →Perform dimensional, visual, functional, assembly, welding, and laser mark inspections
• →Conduct and document first-piece inspections
• →Use precision measuring equipment, optical comparators, vision systems, and CMM equipment to verify product quality
• →Review inspection results and communicate quality concerns to Production, Engineering, and Manufacturing teams
• →Place nonconforming material on hold and complete required NCR documentation
• →Support investigations, corrective and preventative actions
• →Maintain inspection equipment and verify calibration status
• →Enter inspection data into ERP systems, spreadsheets, and quality databases
• →Ensure all records and documentation comply with ISO 13485, FDA, and company quality requirements
• →Meet established quality, accuracy, and productivity goals

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of quality inspection experience in a machine shop or manufacturing environment
• Experience in an ISO 13485 and/or FDA-regulated environment preferred
• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
• Solid understanding and application of GD&T
• Experience using precision measuring equipment, including:
  • Micrometers                 Gauge Pins
  • Calipers                         Radius Gauges
  • Height Gauges              Optical Comparators
  • Thread Gauges              Vision Systems
  • Dial Indicators               CMM Equipment
• Ability to read and interpret inspection reports and quality documentation
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and computer-based quality systems
• Strong math, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple tasks, and work independently or as part of a team
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility
• Exposure to machinery, coolants, lubricants, and moving mechanical parts
• Moderate noise levels typical of a manufacturing environment
• Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods, up to 12 hours per shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion
• Strong visual acuity for detailed inspection work, including close vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
