Our Product / Agile Analysts thrive in collaborative, cross-functional teams—working closely with UX designers, developers, data specialists, and business stakeholders to shape and deliver features that align with the overall product strategy. We combine Agile methodologies with modern analysis techniques to define success, drive the product vision and strategy, and lead the creation and prioritization of feature roadmaps based on business value and user impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product vision and strategy grounded in user research, data, and business goals; maintain a long-term roadmap while executing near-term priorities.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across business, engineering, design, and operations to align product initiatives with broader organizational strategy.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery, adoption, and performance optimization.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with UX designers, data specialists, developers, and SMEs to translate user needs into scalable solutions.
  • Apply change management principles to guide adoption, readiness, and training for new product features and enterprise rollouts.
  • Lead stakeholder management at all levels of the organization, facilitating alignment, gathering feedback, and influencing through storytelling and data.
  • Oversee technical and functional requirements development, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and value alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate Agile events and scale Agile practices across teams, helping to evolve team maturity.
  • Establish and track success metrics, customer satisfaction, and product health while recommending course corrections when needed.
  • Support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
  • Mentor and coach team members, helping develop a high-performing product culture and elevating analysis and delivery capabilities across the team or community of practice.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, Agile Business Analysis, or related roles within software or data product development.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-level product initiatives, including setting vision, defining roadmaps, and driving execution across multiple teams or products.
  • Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management, including executive communication, expectation alignment, and risk mitigation.
  • Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and delivery practices, including experience coaching teams and adapting Agile at scale.
  • Strong technical fluency with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams, understand data platforms, APIs, and software architecture at a conceptual level.
  • Experience applying change management principles (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) to support successful adoption and transformation.
  • Skilled in facilitation and workshop leadership, especially in requirements development, prioritization, customer journey mapping, and vision definition.
  • Comfortable with data analysis and data visualization tools to inform product decisions and monitor ongoing performance (e.g., SQL, Power BI, or similar).
