Responsibilities

→Execute design production across a range of client and internal projects based on direction from Creative Directors and Design Directors
→Update, version, and adapt existing assets across formats, platforms, and use cases
→Prepare final files for delivery, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to specifications
→Translate creative concepts into production-ready outputs while maintaining design integrity
→Ensure all work strictly adheres to brand standards, guidelines, and visual systems
→Manage multiple incoming requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
→Maintain organized file structures and efficient workflows for handoff and archiving
→Collaborate with designers, directors, and cross-functional teams to support project needs
→Contribute to consistency and excellence across all deliverables

~2 years of professional design experience (agency, brand, or studio environment preferred)
Experience supporting large brands or working within structured brand systems
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field (or equivalent experience)

Requirements

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
Mastery of layout, typography, and production best practices
Experience working within established brand guidelines and systems
Ability to follow creative direction while executing with precision and attention to detail
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
Familiarity with preparing files for print, digital, and social formats
Experience with digital tools and AI is a plus
