Now, we re looking for an experienced Head of Growth with crypto expertise to join our talented team and shape the future of EXMO. In this global, remote position, you ll define and execute a winning marketing strategy that drives explosive customer acquisition and company growth across all brand and content channels. Responsibilities: • Define and execute a winning marketing strategy that drives explosive customer acquisition and company growth across Europe. • Lead innovative marketing initiatives to increase member acquisition and growth across all brand and content channels. • Craft and justify the marketing budget. • Oversee all aspects of digital marketing, including website development & conversion, lead generation, SEO, SERM, email marketing, targeting, and media advertising. • Manage and lead the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Requirements: • Proven experience of successful marketing activities in the fintech/crypto industry. A track record of driving results is essential • Experience as a user acquisition manager/performance marketer. You understand how to attract and convert high-value users for crypto products and services • Experience with SEO promotion • Experience in hiring and managing a team of at least 5 people. You re a strong leader who can build and motivate a high-performing marketing team. • Proactivity. You take initiative, solve problems independently, and are always looking for ways to improve. • Interest in crypto/web3 and a desire to become a leader in this field. You re passionate about the future of crypto and excited to be part of a company shaping the industry. This is your opportunity to learn more about the company and the role, and to make a good impression on the CEO.
