Senior Content Manager

About the role: This is your chance to join our awesome team as the Senior Content Manager. You ll be the mastermind behind our content strategy, crafting engaging stuff that gets crypto users excited. You ll also lead a team of copywriters and work with other departments to make sure everything fits together perfectly.  This is a full-time position without ability to part-time, a candidate must be available during business hours (from GMT +0 to GMT +4) Here s what you bring to the table: • Crypto passion – you love it and can explain it clearly, even for beginners. • Team leader skills – you can guide a team to create top-notch content. • Team player spirit – you love working with others to bring ideas to life.. Your tasks: • You ll be the mastermind behind our content plan, cooking up fresh and exciting marketing content (blogs, websites, social media, the whole shebang!) that grabs crypto users attention across all channels. • Adhere to the EXMO style guide for consistent tone and branding. • Lead and support your team of rockstar copywriters, keeping everyone hitting deadlines and pumping out high-quality content. • Work hand-in-hand with marketing, product, design, and other teams to make sure our content tells one amazing story.  • Translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for crypto users and traders. Content master s skillset: • 5+ years of experience in content management, preferably in the cryptocurrency, fintech, or financial services sectors, with relevant experience working in crypto companies (ideally crypto exchanges). • Proven track record of managing content strategies and leading content teams. • Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies • English and Ukrainian at C1 level • Understanding of cryptocurrency and markets required  • Strong ability to multitask, work quickly under tight deadlines, and adapt to organizational changes • Please submit portfolio/writing samples What we offer: • The competitive salary • Work from any location in the world • Gym & English courses compensation • Professional growth by attending courses and conferences • 10 days off per year without sick leave • 20 days annual vacation • Extra day off to celebrate big if you have a birthday, wedding, kid s birthday.
