Be our next BIM Coordinator in New York.

EXP is searching for BIM Coordinator to be part of our growing and dynamic New York office.

Utilize Revit and AutoCAD to generate drawings based on specific project requirements.
Preparation of construction documents, including specifications
Project initiation, setting up and establishing new projects with appropriate file structures and BIM standards to meet the clients’ standards.
Management of model production and drawing production involving multiple disciplines
Advise and provide technical assistance to team members relating to BIM
Ensure model and drawing quality control
Work closely with engineers to assemble complete BIM project drawings in Revit.
Utilize clash detection software to resolve conflicts in virtual 3D space.
Perform site visits as needed.

Experience utilizing Revit for building design is preferred, however, experience in building trades is an acceptable alternative.
High School diploma required. Bachelors Preferred.
Technical school certificate for training in the use of Revit or Associates Degree with Technical and Revit training preferred.
Multidiscipline coordinating experience with process mechanical systems, electrical systems, civil infrastructure systems and structural systems.
Experience with 3D and parametric design and a functional understanding of building information modeling (BIM).
Experience utilizing Autodesk Revit software to produce architectural drawings.
Ability to utilize Autodesk Revit application to produce construction documents including floor plans, sections, callouts, 3D views, and schedules, in a timely fashion.
