- Provide on-site technical support to industrial clients regarding paint application and coating processes.

- Diagnose and resolve issues in painting lines (defects, process failures, etc.).

- Conduct technical audits and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Monitor production and ensure compliance with technical standards.

- Perform color matching and quality control checks.

- Collaborate closely with production, quality, and commercial teams.

- Prepare technical reports and follow up with clients.

- Support stock management and material consumption at client sites.

- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

- Ability to work independently at client sites.

- High level of responsibility and organizational skills.

- Hands-on experience with paint application processes or industrial coatings.

- Fluent in English.

- Experience with industrial products (e.g., metal, coil, automotive, plastics).

- Knowledge of application and measurement equipment.

- Experience working in a multinational environment or with coatings suppliers.
