- Professional experience (3-5 years) in a System Analyst roles or similar;- Analyze current systems and business processes to identify improvements and optimisation opportunities;- Gather and translate business requirements into detailed functional and non-functional specifications;- Support solution design and implementation, working closely with development and cross-functional teams;- Produce documentation and ensure ongoing support, performance monitoring, and change management for systems;- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate, solve problems, and pay attention to detail.
