Senior Product Analyst

In this role, you will be a pivotal and influential factor in strategic decisions relating to millions of customers every day. Your mission is to bridge the gap between raw data and product development, acting as a strategic partner to Product and Engineering teams to ensure data-driven decisions are made at every stage. You will make a huge impact by supporting strategic business initiatives through data analysis, experimentation, and the development of key metrics and dashboards.

• →Product Performance and Feature Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis into user behavior data (User Journeys), conversion funnels, and the performance of new product features to identify optimization and growth opportunities.
• →Experimentation (A/B Testing): Own the design, execution, and comprehensive evaluation of A/B and Multi-Variate tests to improve retention outcomes and key KPIs. Provide actionable recommendations for subsequent test iterations.
• →Delivering Business Value: Translate data into insights, predictions, and actionable recommendations, clearly articulating the business value to cross-functional Product and Engineering teams.
• →Metrics & Reporting: Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and user-friendly dashboards using compelling visualizations to support downstream analytics and track product health.
• →Data Partnership: Work closely with Data Engineers and Analytics Engineers to define requirements for foundational datasets that can support analytics and reporting needs.
• →Optimization and Efficiency: Drive optimization and challenge existing processes to enhance efficiency in analytical workflows and support self-serve data needs within the organization.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in a Senior Data Analyst / Product Analyst / Business Intelligence Analyst role.
• SQL Proficiency: High proficiency in SQL and/or other querying languages.
• Analytical Acumen: Outstanding analytical skills and a strong business acumen with a business-first approach to problem-solving.
• A/B Testing: Knowledge and hands-on experience in designing, executing, and evaluating A/B experiments.
• Visualization Tools: Hands-on experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Communication & Storytelling: Excellent communication skills, utilizing storytelling to bring insights to life and make connections on the business level.
• Stakeholder Management: Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to integrate with the business and lead complex projects.

Language: Fluent in English

• At the moment, we do not sponsor visas in the EU. For Hong Kong, we require at least two years of working experience and a university degree in a related field. For Singapore and the UK, we can only sponsor visas for mid-career or above.
