Growth Associate

Extend is building the most accurate document ingestion infrastructure to change how the world's most exciting companies work with unstructured data (e.g. PDFs, Excel, images, etc.). From payment processing to home closings to cancer research and more, AI teams at companies like Square, Zillow, Brex, Flatiron Health, Checkr, and Mercury use Extend to process their most complex documents.

We're looking for someone to join our growth team. We have ambitious goals, a process that works, and a GTM organization across sales, marketing, and customer success that's built to support growth. Now we're looking to scale it even further.

• We've grown revenue 4x last year to several million ARR, with our growth continuing to accelerate

• We have a product loved by users and being used in mission-critical flows at enterprises (Square, Zillow, Chime) and startups (Brex, Mercury, Checkr), and many more

• The market for document processing has expanded 1000x due to LLMs, and all existing solutions are low NPS

• We're punching well above our weight, supporting customer and revenue metrics with half the team size of other startups — everyone joining at this stage will have outsized impact

• We've raised our series A & de-risked the business, but there's tremendous upside ahead; now's the perfect time to join.

• You'll be joining a talent dense team (e.g. former founders, world record holders) operating in a high performance culture, in-person in NYC, with high equity ownership

• We're tackling novel, unsolved problems at the intersection of LLMs, complex data processing, and human ↔ AI interfaces

• You'll get a front row seat to how a successful startup is built with plenty of leadership opportunities as we grow quickly

Over the next 12 months, more documents will be ingested and processed than all of human history combined. Document processing is blowing up, and everyone is talking about it. We even closed six figures in ARR from a tweet that reached 500k impressions.

You'll be the architect of our rocket ship. No growth channel is off limits, and no idea is too wild.

• Launch creative campaigns that break through the noise: from outbound messages, viral social posts, co-sponsored events & executive dinners, to billboards & subway ads, you will have the budget to bring ideas to life

• Target and nurture ideal prospect over their entire technical evaluation lifecycle 6 months+)

• Leverage partner relationships in the start-up space + customers that rave about us

• Design scalable foundations using cutting-edge tools for analytics, automation, and optimization

• Work directly with our founding team to define a market category and own the airwaves

• You've been at high-growth startups and know what "great" looks like. You've operated at a similar stage $120M ARR) before, and have grown a technical product to millions of users

• You have an affinity for using technical tools (ie Claude Code) in addition to the traditional GTM stack

• You own your work. Founder mentality and no task is beneath you
