~1 min read- Bachelor's Degree From an accredited four-year college or university in in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field plus eight years of leadership and related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience - required
- Repair and or Collision Center experience - preferred
- Lead corrective actions using Lean tools (A3, root cause analysis, standard work)
- Automotive, manufacturing, and or distribution operations knowledge
- Continuous Improvement Process Continuous improvement process is an ongoing effort that improves products, services, or processes. These efforts can be set up to either have an incremental improvement over time or breakthrough improvements all at once
