Guest Coordinator

This role ensures seemless, informed, and memorable experience by coordinating the final sale with our internal teams.

• →Minimum of a High School Diploma is required.
• →Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbal and written.
• →Previous Customer Service experience is required, ideally within retail setting.
• →People oriented, interacting positively with clients and other team members.
• →Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• →Able to effectively troubleshoot and address/resolve customer complaints and issues.
• →Attentiveness, decision-making, adaptability and relationship development are all keys to success in this positions.
• →Strong organizational skills, attention to details and multitasking is essential.
