We are the GoAhead London iBus Operations Control Centre (OCC), the nerve centre of the bus network, working 24/7 to keep services running safely, reliably, and efficiently.
Every day, we support thousands of drivers, coordinate with garages across the network, and respond in real time to incidents that impact service. So we’re looking for calm, decisive, and customer-focused individuals to join our OCC as an iBus Service Controller.
This is a critical frontline role at the heart of the network, where you’ll manage live service, respond to incidents in real time, and keep London moving. You’ll be making high-impact decisions every day, balancing operational performance with the needs of drivers, garages, and passengers.
The OCC is a fast-paced, high-performing environment where no two days are the same. While the role can be demanding, it is also highly rewarding; ou’ll see the direct impact of your decisions on service delivery and passenger experience every day.
To set you up for success, you’ll go through a comprehensive induction programme, designed to build your technical confidence, route knowledge, and decision-making capability.
