- Lead accounting operations across trusts, partnerships, LLCs, and nonprofit entities
- Prepare quarterly consolidated and entity‑level financial statements, including eliminations
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of financial and investment activity
- Manage capital calls, distributions, and investment tracking
- Oversee accounting systems, reporting processes, and operational infrastructure
- Maintain and refine cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and liquidity oversight
- Coordinate preparation and review of federal and state tax filings, extensions, estimates, and K‑1 workflows
- Prepare and issue annual 1099s and maintain compliance policies and internal controls
- Enhance risk‑mitigation practices and strengthen approval workflows
- Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
- 10+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Experience managing consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
- Ability to build complex financial or operational models
- Understanding of investment, partnership, and equity‑method accounting
- CPA preferred
- Experience with tax filings, family office or private investment work, system conversions, or nonprofit/foundation structures
- Ability to perform repetitive motions and use fine motor skills (typing, writing, operating office equipment)
- Ability to lift and carry approximately 20–25 lbs unassisted
