       - High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is a plus.

       - Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

       - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

       - Ability to operate heavy machinery and equipment safely.

       - Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.

       - Experience in customer service, particularly in a rental or sales environment, is highly desirable.

       - Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions.

       - 2 years’ experience in a similar role such as Yard Hand, Yard Jockey, Yard Spotter, Entry Level Mechanic, Mechanic Trainee, Construction Laborer, Equipment Washer, Washbay attendant, Forklift Driver, or Warehouse Worker.

       - Experience in a construction, industrial, or military setting.

In addition to being able to sit, stand, walk, read, talk, write and hear, to perform the essential functions of this job an individual must be able to do the following additional activities: Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
