We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and organized Veterinary Customer Service Representative to be the welcoming face (and voice!) of our practice. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves helping others, and wants to make a real difference in the lives of pets and their families.

Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a key member of our front desk team, you’ll:
- →Deliver outstanding client service in a fast-paced veterinary setting
- →Manage a high-volume phone system and schedule appointments efficiently
- →Check patients in and out while maintaining accurate medical records
- →Communicate clearly with clients regarding estimates, services, medications, and hospital policies
- →Coordinate with technicians and veterinarians to support smooth daily operations
- →Handle emotional or sensitive client situations with empathy and professionalism
- →Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area
You’ll play a vital role in shaping every client’s experience — and we truly value that.
- Has 2+ years of customer service experience (veterinary, medical, or healthcare preferred)
- Communicates clearly, confidently, and kindly
- Excels at multitasking and staying organized in a busy environment
- Has experience with practice management software (preferred)
- Remains calm and professional in emotional or high-pressure situations
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
- Has genuine compassion for pets and the people who love them
