The Luxclusif Corporate Strategy & PMO team is a newly established team that will be responsible for helping to define and deliver Luxclusif’s strategic priorities by leading the annual planning and OKR processes, managing a portfolio of cross-functional, high-impact projects, and providing strategic advice to business areas.
In this position you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and delivering strategic projects that will positively shape the future of Luxclusif. The role will be very cross-functional and focussed on prioritising and managing high-impact initiatives, so we are looking for someone with exceptional interpersonal, project management and critical thinking skills.
The ideal candidate is someone who excels in both strategic thinking (i.e. shaping the direction of projects and ensuring we prioritise the most impactful initiatives), and project execution (i.e. driving the timely and cost-effective delivery of projects).
