Farha Roofing — an award-winning, family-owned company — is seeking an experienced and driven Residential Roofing Superintendent to lead our Kansas City production team.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee all residential roofing production from start to finish
• Manage and support subcontractor crews, ensuring quality workmanship and efficiency
• Schedule jobs, coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment
• Conduct job site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes
• Serve as the primary point of contact between crews, Project Managers, and homeowners when needed
• Troubleshoot job site challenges and implement solutions quickly
• Review and manage change orders and job costs
• Lead and participate in production and scheduling meetings
• Drive continuous improvement in processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Residential roofing experience required (Superintendent or similar role preferred)
• Strong leadership and crew management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to read work orders, scopes, and manufacturer specifications
• Comfortable climbing roofs and lifting up to 80 lbs
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once
• Tech-capable (smartphone, apps, basic computer systems)
• Must pass a drug and background check

All results are reviewed individually based on relevance and timing of offenses.
