About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Logistics Operator to join our day shift team. Reporting to the Dispatch Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are picked accurately and dispatched on time. You’ll work closely with our production and operations teams to keep goods moving smoothly through the site.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking and preparing customer orders using an Android-based scanning system
• Supporting inbound goods and stock movement of finished products
• Assisting with dispatch and general warehouse duties
• Maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and safety standards

Success in this role means orders are picked accurately and on time, stock is handled safely and efficiently, and you contribute to a clean, organised, and supportive dispatch environment where the team works together to meet daily demands.

This is a rotating day shift role, with start times and hours varying between 6:00am and 7:00pm.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is practical, reliable, and thrives in a team environment. You will bring:

• A strong work ethic and good physical fitness
• Confidence using technology (handheld/Android devices)
• Forklift experience (preferred but not essential)
• Good communication skills
• Flexibility with rotating shifts
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Reliable transport to and from work
