Assistant Controller

• →Review and prepare quarterly and annual financial statement packages for management company entities.
• →Conduct variance analysis of financial results against budgets, forecasts, and actuals; identify key drivers and effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
• →Deliver financial analysis and KPIs on an ongoing basis to all internal and external stakeholders.
• →Coordinate and oversee tax and regulatory filings, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of all required tax returns across various jurisdictions.
• →Oversee the audit process for all management company entities, ensuring compliance with both IFRS and US GAAP standards.
• →Manage the ESOP and promote allocation database, including maintaining accurate valuations and reporting.
• →Partner with various departments to lead monthly and quarterly close processes and drive continuous process improvements.
• →Implement and leverage technology (and outsourced solutions) to enhance operational efficiencies and internal controls.
• →Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all financial reporting and presentations.

• 5+ years of experience in public accounting, FP&A or other corporate finance roles demonstrating a solid foundation in financial analysis and accounting principles.
• Distinguished intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to continuously learn, improve, and automate existing processes to tackle problems.
• Proven ability to prioritize and lead multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment with efficiency and accuracy.
• Self-starter who independently drives projects to completion by self-sourcing information and leveraging all available resources.
• Public reporting experience strongly desired.
