We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and build strong relationships with local businesses.

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and build strong relationships with local businesses.
What You’ll Do:
- Prospect and build relationships with new clients through field visits, networking, cold calls, and referrals
- Meet with business owners and marketing decision-makers to understand signage needs
- Offer creative solutions using our wide range of visual communication products
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up to close deals
- Maintain strong follow-up with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of B2B sales experience preferred (sign industry a plus, but not required)
- Outgoing, confident communicator with strong people skills
- Comfortable prospecting and presenting face-to-face with business clients
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
