About FASTSIGNS:

We’re looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to join our team and build strong relationships with local businesses.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and build relationships with new clients through field visits, networking, cold calls, and referrals

  • Meet with business owners and marketing decision-makers to understand signage needs

  • Offer creative solutions using our wide range of visual communication products

  • Prepare quotes, proposals, and follow up to close deals

  • Maintain strong follow-up with existing clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business

  • Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure successful project completion

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years of B2B sales experience preferred (sign industry a plus, but not required)

  • Outgoing, confident communicator with strong people skills

  • Comfortable prospecting and presenting face-to-face with business clients

  • Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college a plus)
