We are looking for a Growth-Minded Professional who:

  • Possesses an "Owners" Mentality: You take charge of your territory, manage your pipeline with precision, and have a relentless drive to exceed goals.

  • Is Solution-Oriented: You don’t take drive-thru orders; you listen to a client’s goals and "drill down" to find the perfect visual strategy to meet them.

  • Is Upbeat & Energetic: You bring a positive, "can-do" attitude to every cold call, networking event, and team meeting.

  • Is a Natural Relationship Builder: You are friendly, professional, and excel at building long-term partnerships through consistent follow-up and exceptional service.

What Your Day Looks Like:

  • Prospect & Network: Identify new sales opportunities through territory canvassing, cold calling, and community networking.

  • Consultative Selling: Conduct on-site meetings with clients to assess their needs, take measurements, and recommend creative solutions.

  • Collaborate & Close: Work with our internal team to develop estimates and proposals that "wow" the client.

  • Maintain & Grow: Use our CRM tools to stay organized and ensure every lead is nurtured and every customer is satisfied.

Qualifications:

  • Previous outside sales experience (B2B experience is a huge plus!).

  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • High energy and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • A valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
