5-10 years experience soldering/assembly of surface mount components (including fine pitch), through-hole components and chassis wiring under a microscope in production environment with knowledge of standard manufacturing tools.
Ability to read and interpret assembly drawings, written instructions, wiring lists and discuss work related issues.
Experience as a “front line” leader, working directly with individual contributors in various roles.

Responsibilities

→ Hands-on assembly supervisor working on floor assembling/wiring electronic assemblies as well as supervise personnel within the Assembly group.
→ Setting daily assembly priorities, direct and assign personnel as appropriate to meet those priorities.
→ Monitor employee productivity, providing guidance and training when needed.
→Administrative responsibilities for production personnel including timesheets, progress review, and corrective counseling.
→Actively participate in the hiring and selection process to fill open positions
