  •     Assist DOF with GL monthly closings and financial report preparation.
  •     Prepare bank reconciliations.
  •     Prepare and post journal entries.
  •     Analyze and reconcile General Ledger accounts.
  •     Maintain prepaid and accrued expense schedules.
  •     Close Fixed Assets and Construction in Progress monthly.
  •     Provide backup for Accounts Payable and post Cash deposits.
  •     Process construction draw requisitions.
  •     Prepare reports required under bond agreements.
  •     Aid in budget preparation and reporting.
  •     Generate monthly and quarterly analytic reports and periodic regulatory reports.
  •     Assist in preparing required tax filings.
  •     Special projects as needed assigned by the CFO and DOF.
  •     BS/BA in Accounting or Finance
  •     Minimum 5 years’ general accounting experience
  •     Experience in healthcare or hospitality setting, desirable
  •     Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
  •     Strong interpersonal abilities
  •     Dynamic written and verbal communication skills
  •     Proven problem-solving skills
