Day Shift 7AM - 3:30 PM - Must have SUB ACUTE experience.

Oversee and coordinate nursing care provided to residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Sub-acute experience mandatory.

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care.

Conduct regular assessments of residents' health and develop individualized care plans.

Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and maintain a supportive and nurturing environment for residents.

Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to nursing care and senior living facilities.

Act as a liaison between residents, families, and healthcare providers to facilitate open communication and address any concerns promptly.

Current and valid New Jersey RN license.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of geriatric nursing particularly in sub-acute care.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
