Evaluates clients, develops appropriate treatment goals and methods, implements the occupational therapy treatment plan, and completes all related documentation and record keeping regarding these services.

Instructs client in the skills and techniques required for participation in mobility activities, and evaluates client progress, attitudes, and behavior as related to rehabilitative potential.

Provide client education, ensuring a clear understanding of conditions and treatment plans, and offering guidance on home exercises for ongoing progress.

Regularly reassess clients and modify treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes in a home-based setting.

Utilize effective pain management techniques to enhance clients' overall well-being.

Foster clear communication with clients, their families, and healthcare team members to provide personalized and effective home-based care.

Active New Jersey Speech Therapist License.

2+ years preferred but new graduates are encouraged to apply.

Valid New Jersey Driver’s License.

Demonstrate unwavering professionalism with clients, team members, and families.

Exhibit strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.

Showcase the ability to adeptly navigate as needed.

Must travel throughout Edison to service clients.
