Coordinación de Envíos: Monitorear embarques internacionales asegurando tiempos y visibilidad en la cadena de suministro.
Gestión de Pre-Alertas: Crear y administrar pre-alertas para transportistas como UPS.
Documentación: Generar y validar documentos de exportación (facturas comerciales, packing lists).
Seguimiento de Envíos: Dar seguimiento constante para detectar retrasos y coordinar soluciones.
Colaboración Interfuncional: Trabajar con Finanzas para alinear datos logísticos con facturación.
Cumplimiento y Precisión: Garantizar exactitud de datos y cumplimiento de regulaciones comerciales.

Experiencia o conocimiento en logística, importación/exportación o cadena de suministro (deseable).
Alta atención al detalle, especialmente en documentación.
Inglés y español fluido en context profesional.
Habilidades organizativas y de seguimiento.
Mentalidad proactiva para resolver problemas.
Capacidad para trabajar con equipos internos y socios externos.

Responsibilities

→Shipment Coordination: Track and monitor international shipments across the supply chain.
→Pre-Alert Management: Create and manage pre-alerts for carriers such as UPS.
→Documentation: Prepare and validate export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists).
→Shipment Follow-Up: Continuously track shipments and resolve delays or issues.
→Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Finance to align shipment and invoicing data.
→Compliance & Accuracy: Ensure all shipment data meets internal and international standards.
