About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Controller to join our Finance team in Tel Aviv. This role is ideal for someone with a good accounting foundation, and a desire to grow within a dynamic global fintech environment.

What you will do

• Execute and support the group’s financial reporting and accounting operations – from monthly close processes through consolidated reporting to board-level presentations.
  
• Coordinate the consolidation process for global subsidiaries, providing professional accounting guidance and ensuring alignment across all entities.
  
• Support group treasury operations, including cash flow management and mitigating FX exposures in a complex, multi-currency environment.
• Work closely with external auditors, tax advisors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance (Tax, Transfer Pricing) and smooth audit cycles.
• Identify, implement, and champion AI tools and automation to streamline finance workflows and increase efficiency.

Who you are

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification from one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
• Prior experience working with High-Tech or Fintech companies is strongly preferred.
• Experience in a global or multi-currency environment is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools and automation technologies is an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organised.
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
